Yema Cake is a classic Filipino dessert made with a chiffon cake and custard filling encased in an aluminum tray foil. It comes in two sizes: “Not to Share” (8.5” x 4.5”) and “To Share” (12 3/4 x 10 3/8” — 1/2 Tray).
