Refund policy

Pre-Order and Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel any pre-ordered items and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date.

If the order is not picked up at the scheduled time, we will hold it until store closing on the same day. After that time, if the order remains unclaimed, it will be canceled without a refund. Please note that pre-orders are prepared fresh on the scheduled pick-up day.

All sales—both walk-in and pre-orders—are non-refundable, as these are perishable food items.
